O.A.R. Currently In Studio Working On Forthcoming Seventh Studio Album
Platinum selling recording group O.A.R. just announced their Summer Tour, which will bring their critically acclaimed live show to 24 cities for 26 shows, will perform with special guest Citizen Cope at Meadow Brook Music Festival on Sunday, July 18 at 7 p.m.
Tickets at $36.50 pavilion and $21 lawn go on sale this Friday, April 16 at 10 a.m. at Palacenet.com, Livenation.com, The Palace Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations. Special lawn ticket four-packs at $64 are also available.

Fans will not only get to hear some O.A.R. favorites this Summer like the smash hit “Shattered,” “That Was a Crazy Game of Poker,” and “This Town” but they will also be treated to some brand new music from the band’s forthcoming seventh studio album.
“We locked ourselves up for a while working on what is shaping up to be our most true O.A.R. album to date. Taking tracks live off the floor has reminded us how much fun the studio can be,” said lead singer Marc Roberge. “Every take has the feel of a live performance. We can't wait to get back on the road this summer, play some new songs, some old ones, and some lost ones.”
Over the last several months O.A.R. has made stops in all five band members’ home towns to write their next album. Now in New York City the band has teamed up with producer Matt Wallace (Maroon 5, Blues Traveler, Chantal Kreviazuk), who successfully produced their last album All Sides, to begin recording the album.
